New Abductions in Dagestan

On April 8, 2009 Omar Zagirov applied to HRC Memorial. He writes that on April 5, 2009 his brother, Yusup Zagirov, 1977, was abducted by the officers of an unidentified security agency. Omar asked for assistance in finding his brother.
