Search in Saint-Petersburg Memorial to be Investigated in Court

On February 24, 2009 city court of Saint-Petersburg ruled that the search in Memorial on December 4, 2008 was to be investigated in court again. It has therefore overruled the decision of the district court that stated the search illegal (January 20, 2009).
