Ingushetia: another special operation or new extrajudicial execution?

On April 21, 2009, about 12.30 Adam Aushev, 1987, resident of  the village Surkhahi of Nazran district (Ingushetia), was killed on the outskirts of the settlement.

Relatives suspect that Adam was killed because his brother Magomed Aushev killed on December 6, 2008 had been the leader of "Nazran Djamaat" and organized armed attacks on local authorities.
