Decision of European Court in case of Alaudinova vs. Russia is expected tomorrow

Tomorrow, April 23, 2009, the European Court will announce the decision in case of Alaudinova vs Russia. Lipa Alaudinova, resident of Urus-Martan (Chechen Republic), appealed regarding her son Bekhan who was detained and then disappeared in November 2001.

The applicant was represented by HRC Memorial (Moscow) and European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC, London)
