We present you a
new report of Memorial HRC dedicated to the situation of residents of
We have collected much data
for the report. But compiling it we have to take into account that the safety
of the heroes of the report and of our Chechen members is put into jeopardy. These
problems used to exist earlier. But recently the level of danger has increased
sharply so now we even don't risk to publish and to present the report. The
presentation of the previous report organized at the end of 2007 provoked great
indignation of the Chechen authorities.
