Another abduction in Dagestan

In the morning of September 10, 2009, in Makhachkala (Dagestan) Nariman Mamedyarov, 1975, came to work. He tiles. In the evening while he was returning home he called his wife, said that he would be at home in some time and asked if he needed to buy anything. The wife answered that they had everything at home and she was waiting for him to break the feast. But in the evening Nariman didn't return home. It caused alarm because he had been abducted four times before. The last time he was released with the help of HRC Memorial. It happened in February of 2009 (see: http://www.memo.ru/2009/04/10/10040921.htm). For the whole evening Nariman's relatives tried to reach him by phone. The next day they sent by post applications about abduction to the Public Prosecutor's office of Dagestan, to the minister of internal affairs of Dagestan, the President of Dagestan. On September 14, relatives applied to the Committee of inquiry under the Public Prosecutor's office of Dagestan, to the Secretary of Council of Dagestan. On September 15, they applied to Dagestan Ombudsman.

As of September 21, no one still knew anything about Nariman. His brother Fizuli Asaliev applied to HRC Memorial. He asks to help him find Nariman.
