On November 2 2007 the third resident of Chermen village died in hospital after attack on Ingush adolescents on October 19

The whereabouts of Luiza Tiboeva, resident of Majskii village disappeared on October 19, remains unknown

On October 19, 2007 two crimes against residents of Ingush nationality were committed in Prigorodny District of North Ossetia: Luiza Tiboeva, resident of Majskii village, disappeared in the afternoon, in the evening unidentified armed men opened fire on Ingush adolescents in the village of Chermen. Subsequently, all the three adolescents died of injuries.

In 2007 Memorial documented disappearance of 8 residents of North Ossetia of Ingush nationality, and a failed attempt at abducting two other men. Since June 2005 22 people disappeared in North Ossetia (19 Ingush and 3 Chechens), one of them was found cruelly murdered, the rest remain missing. As of November 2, 2007 none of these crimes has been investigated, no one was detained, suspected or accused of committing these crimes. On October 19, 2007 in the village of Majskii Prigorodny District of North Ossetia disappeared Luiza Magomedovna Tiboeva, born in 1982, a resident of Ingushetia, Ekazhevo village, Oskanova street 51. On October 22 her husband turned to Memorial Human Rights Center in Nazran with an application asking to help establish her whereabouts.

According to Akhmed Akilov on October 19 2007 at around 10:00 a.m. he took his wife and three children to Nazran. Children went to the kindergarten and he dropped his wife at the bus station, and put into a shuttle mini-bus (Gazel), heading to Majskii. Luiza was going to visit her relatives there. At around 12 a.m. she left her relatives in Majskii and headed towards Nazran. Since then no one would see Luiza. As of November 3 2007 the whereabouts of Luiza Tiboeva remain unknown.

On October 19, 2007 at 22:30 p.m. in the village Chermen unidentified armed men opened fire at three local residents of Ingush nationality: Azrail Beslanovich Sultygov, born in 1982, resident of Kotsoeva street 8, Akhmed Alikhanovich Timurziev, born in 1987, resident of Kotsoeva street, 32, Bejali Khamatkhanovich Dzaurov, born in 1990, resident of Kirova street. Sultygov died on the way to hospital, Timurziev - the day after, Dzaurov remained in hospital until he died in emergency ward on November 2, 2007.

Late at night a group of five adolescents of Ingush nationality were returning home from a funeral of a relative. At the crossing with Khardonova street brothers Merzhoev turned to their homes and Sultygov, Timurziev and Dzaurov reached the crossing of Khardonova and Kirova streets and stopped for a while. Dzaurov has just said farewell to his companions and wanted to head towards his house, when a YAZ 21099 car of silver color with state registration numbers 398 15th region approached the youngsters and opened fire from automatic weapon. Then the perpetrators left in the direction of Vladikavkaz.

Local residents and a relative of the injured young men took the victims to the hospital in Nazran. At Chermen checkpoint the car with the injured was stopped for documents verification. After checking of documents, the cars proceeded. Sultygov Azrail died on the way to the hospital, Akhmet Timurziev died the next day in the emergency ward, Dzaurov Bejali died on November 2.

Sultygov was married with a small child. Timurziev was a 5th year student of Department of Law of Ingush State University, 16 year-old Dzaurov was an orphan, growing up in the family of his uncle. The investigating department for Prigorodny District of North Ossetia instigated a criminal case into crimes stipulated by articles 222 (illegal handling of arms) and 105 (murder) of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
