Два заседания суда над Иосифом Бродским (1964) были записаны Фридой Вигдоровой. Расшифровав свои блокноты, Вигдорова отправила получившуюся запись в инстанции, от которых могло зависеть досрочное освобождение Бродского, попыталась опубликовать запись в советской печати, широко давала ее читать, а затем, вероятно, передала ее для публикации на Западе.

В центре сообщения Ольги Розенблюм – вопросы, которые позволяет сформулировать текстологическая работа с записью Вигдоровой и других материалов вокруг суда:

  • Кому была адресована запись и как это повлияло на ее содержание?
  • Как она была воспринята в кругу Вигдоровой?
  • Как она была воспринята незнакомыми ей читателями самиздата, читателями западных публикаций, диссидентами, через несколько лет после нее работавшими над созданием записей уже иных судов?
  • Можно ли говорить о том, что она была «официальным» или «неофициальным» документом? В каком смысле можно говорить о ней как о «документе», о «свидетельстве», о художественном тексте?
