Международный Мемориал продолжает цикл лекций и дискуссий по современному состоянию, проблемам и перспективам развития российского государства и общества «В какой стране мы живем».

Куратор проекта – Николай Петров, заведующий лабораторией методологии оценки регионального развития НИУ ВШЭ.

Основные темы семинара «Журналистские расследования сто лет назад и сейчас» с участием Андрея Солдатова и Ирины Бороган:

  • Российские правоохранительные органы и спецслужбы сто лет назад и сейчас, их политическая субъектность и инструментальная роль в элитных конфликтах и бизнес-интересы.
  • Соблюдение и изменение правил игры.
  • Смена руководства и последствия этого.
  • Сценарии развития.
