В рамках семинара «Государственный террор в СССР: источники и методики изучения» состоится доклад антрополога Неринги Клумбите (Университет Майами, Огайо), посвященный памяти об антисоветском сопротивлении, сохранившейся в небольшом селе на юге Литвы:

  • как архивные материалы отражают советское восприятие темы страданий гражданского населения и насколько это контрастирует с постсоветскими конструктами;
  • как люди, хранящие личную память о жестокости послевоенных преследований, воспринимают официальные интерпретациии истории;
  • как  в публичной дискуссии об истоках суверенитета Литвы через постоянное «перепроживание» прошлого  существует и формируется память.
