Police Raids Memorial HRC Grozny Office

Chechen police raided the Memorial HRC Grozny Office for a third time in the past few days finding two cigarettes on the balcony and some ash in the improvised ashtray made from an empty tin can.
Memorial office staff say they have strong doubts whether the cigarettes and the ashtray originated in the office. There are reasons to suspect that the findings might be used as evidence in the Oyub Titiyev's case, Memorial HRC representantives say.
